What each plan includes
Credits per period: 1 Credit gets 1 report for $29. 5-Pack gets 5 reports for $79 (~$16/credit). Starter subscription gets 20 reports per month for $299 (~$15/credit). Growth subscription gets 50 reports per month for $649 (~$13/credit). Scale subscription gets 120 reports per month for $1,299 (~$11/credit). Every tier includes the full 142-factor Buildability™ analysis, zoning, environmental risk, PDF export, and the Buildability Score. Starter+ tiers add the pipeline dashboard. Growth+ adds team sharing and unlimited Geo™ AI conversations. Scale adds API access, white-label PDFs, and priority support.
Credit rollover and overage
One-time purchases (5-Pack) have 12-month expiry. Monthly subscriptions (Starter, Growth, Scale) have 1-month rollover on unused credits. Overage rates: Starter $22/credit, Growth $18/credit, Scale $15/credit.
Geo™ AI access by tier
Single credit purchases get 10 Geo™ questions per report. 5-Pack gets 10 per report. Starter gets 150 Geo™ conversations per month. Growth and Scale get unlimited Geo™ conversations on every report — the equivalent of a $499 AI analyst included on every deal.
