Reports
Buildability™ Reports cover zoning, environmental risk, buildability scoring, rental and sale comparables, utilities, ownership, and legal parcel data. Reports are generated in about 20 seconds from 24+ live data sources. Every report includes a 0-100 Buildability Score™ derived from 142 weighted factors across six dimensions: zoning compliance, environmental risk, infrastructure readiness, market feasibility, approval-process friction, and data confidence.
Billing and pricing
Buildability™ offers a free first report, pay-per-report at $29, and subscription tiers starting at Starter ($299 for 20 reports, ~$15/report). Subscribers get unlimited Ask Geo™ AI copilot queries and bulk-screening tools. Manage billing at /app/billing. Refunds available within 30 days under the money-back guarantee — no questions asked.
Data accuracy and limitations
Every Buildability™ output is informational. It is not a zoning determination, permit approval, appraisal, survey, environmental assessment, or professional advice. A favorable Buildability Score™ does not guarantee permit approval. Data sources may be 30+ days old. Always verify with the relevant jurisdiction before relying on findings. Account and access
Create an account at /signup or sign in at /signin to save reports, access the pipeline dashboard, and unlock the AI copilot. OAuth sign-in via Google supported. Anonymous sample reports are available at /sample-report with no account required. Enterprise and team accounts via sales@readypermit.ai.
